Please keep in mind that the treatment times are reserved especially for you. No-shows and cancellations will be charged in full with less than 24-hour notice. There is a 50% charge for any changes made to appointments with less than 6-hours notice. As a courtesy to all guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time.
