Gather in an intimate setting for a transformative group experience of sound, ceremony, and connection. 75 minute session blends the soothing frequencies of seven crystal singing bowls—each corresponding to a different chakra and tuned to 432 Hz—with Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, and (coming soon) Koshi chimes. The frequency of 432 Hz is believed to be in harmony with the natural vibration of the universe, fostering deep relaxation and emotional balance.
Guided breath-work and meditation deepen the experience, allowing you to journey inward with clarity and ease. Guests can add on a warm, ceremonial cacao elixir, sourced directly from a small family co-op in Cuzco, Peru. The combination of cacao and sound healing facilitates a deeply restorative and heart-opening journey.
